Workshop on Internet Search and Information Gathering for Academics
Department of Computer Science organized a one day workshop on “Internet Search and Information Gathering for Academics” for the Research Scholars and Post Graduate Students on 13 February 2020. Mr.Sunil Prabhakar (Consultant to the Online Section of Mathrubhumi News Paper Daily) familiarized the topics of advanced searching methods which leads to obtaining only the required information from the vast web. He also gave information about different Search Engines which give information about real statistics and reports in different fields. Since the session was hands on the students, teachers and research scholars understood the topic very well and the feedback after the session also confirm the same.
